Spend a day with a wine maker and learn his secrets and techniques
Becoming a wine expert for a day

Your host will drive you into the heart of the vineyards and you will go into the universe of the people who make the wine.

You can have lunch on the estate (booking in advance with supplement) at the table of the wine grower ; discovering all the richness of the local gastronomy while enjoying an old vintage of the estate.

Two estate visits compose this day where you will be welcomed by the wine grower who, while explaining his work to you, will give you a chance to enjoy the fruit of his efforts.

Depending on the period of the year, you may see blending of various barrels, how a racking takes place or the "entonnage" (putting the latest vintage into barrels).

To close the day, you will experience a tasting in the barrel cellar of a hillside vineyard estate and learn to discern tiny differences between three different wines from the vineyard of the same estate.

You will thus live the role of the cellar master for a moment by taking part in the creation of his wine.
